Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Schedule patients efficiently while ensuring a smooth clinical workflow
• Answer and manage patient calls with professionalism and empathy
• Handle insurance verifications to support seamless patient visits
• Utilize Epic EHR for accurate charting, documentation, and patient coordination
• Conduct Non‑Stress Tests (NSTs); C‑EFM certification preferred but not required
• Provide exceptional clinical support to providers and patients in all areas of the practice
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Valid NY State RN license
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (Epic preferred)
• Strong background in maternal, fetal, or labor & delivery nursing
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A team‑focused, patient‑centered mindset
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C‑EFM)
• Prior experience in OBGYN or women’s health settings
  
  

Work Environment

This role is based in a high‑volume OBGYN practice where teamwork, compassion, and attention to detail are essential. You’ll be part of a dedicated clinical team supporting women through prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care in a welcoming and professional environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rye Brook, NY.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
